• Each subscription plan is billed monthly, with no mid-term cancellations or refunds. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

2. Payments

• Payments are securely processed through Stripe. We do not collect or store payment details.
• Accepted payment methods include debit and credit cards (e.g., Mastercard, Visa).

3. Non-Refundable Policy

• Subscription fees are non-refundable. If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Intellectual Property

• All designs and work created for you through our Service are your exclusive intellectual property once payment is complete.
• We retain no rights to your designs and provide all source files upon request.

User Responsibilities

• Ensure that all requests comply with applicable laws and do not infringe on third-party rights.
• Provide clear and complete information for project requests to facilitate timely delivery.

Service Limitations

• Requests are processed one at a time, in the order received.
• Turnaround times are estimated based on task complexity. Simple tasks typically take 24-48 hours; complex tasks may take longer.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability is limited to the subscription fees paid by you in the preceding month.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your subscription for violations of these Terms or misuse of our Service.

Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Any updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
